MGM's Training ProgramManna Global Ministries gives others the opportunity for involvement similar to what has been taking place for years in the Dominican Republic with summer internships and missionary training. In the future, we pray locations around the world will be used to spread the love of Christ by identifying the unique needs of each location and allowing for outreach and mission training and development. The missionary training program will use these locations to help teach others to care for the church by being part of its life. Some would say we're radical. You certainly won't find a pattern to the type of people who have joined our team. Not to mention those we are recruiting. And for new folks, we're looking for committed followers of Christ that perhaps never dreamed of being a missionary or supporting a mission stateside, or just don't fit the traditional mold. People from all walks of life, as different as possible (musicians, business backgrounds, homemakers, teachers, construction/manufacturing workers, medical clinicians, counselors, computer specialists... just to name a few). Amazing people with amazing Godly gifts wanting to help, but nothing cookie cutter about these people. Still, they know that this path is where they need to be. A part of something bigger and better than themselves. Wanting to find a path, wanting to be on a path with a team, but perhaps needing some encouragement and coaching from a team that can appreciate and support their individual passions.
