Meet the Staff  Laura Beth Lamb is serving as administrative director for MGM, reporting to the MGM board of Directors. Her responsibilities include communications, coordinating of events, volunteer coordination, and overall ambassador (along with her husband) for MGM. She and her husband, Cory, and son, Harrison, moved back to the states in April after serving as missionaries in the Dominican Republic for 2 years. Laura Beth has incredible ministry and organizational skills that make her the perfect representative for our team. God knew who just to place in our path.  In 1979 Brian Wallace began his first steps in missions when he attended the Northeast School of Bibilical Studies in Clifton Park, NY. His desire was to share Christ in places where few had gone before. Doors opened for Brian and his wife, Tammie, and their two children, Wesley and Shawnean, to go into the remote area of Botswana, Africa. Six years later he and his family were invited to work with Manna International in Haiti where they worked for six more years. Since 1997 they have been involved in the work in the Dominican Republic. In 2008, Brian began to focus more on developing a support and training program for several of the programs he's been involved in. He's currently based in Florida but continues to travel extensively in the DR, Haiti, throughout the US, and the world. Part of this dream is this new organization MGM. Brian continues to act as a executive overseer for the teams in the DR and he's also taken on the Executive Director/President position for the MGM board. He can be reached at

 Norm is currently in the Dominican Republic as a missionary with the MannaDR team. He lives in Rio San Juan (RSJ), DR most of the time. He splits his time between the ministries in RSJ (including the young adults, community outreach and the youth program) and working on organization support for MGM. He's also serves on the MGM board as a Director. He continues to search for ways he can be used of God to encourage others to find their passion to serve. He can be reached at

 Monica Gautney is serving as administrative director for MGM in Haiti. Her responsibilities include fundraising, communication, and stateside administration for the school and nutrition program in Lagosette, Haiti. She is also involved in facilitating and communicating with groups visiting and working with MGM in Haiti. She is a former teacher and served as a missionary in the Dominican Republic and Haiti and currently lives in Missouri with her husband, Brad, and their three precious children, Hope, Emma, and Kado. Her background in education and heart for missions has helped prepare her for the work she is doing with MGM. She can be reached at

 Brad Gautney is currently living in the United States with his amazing wife Monica, and his daughters Hope and Emma, and son Kado James. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where he specialized in International Health. He now works as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Haiti and East Africa implementing new health programs to reach those most affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Brad and Monica Gautney spent four years living and working in Haiti where they oversaw a school, nutrition program, and initiated several community development projects including a community health clinic. He continues to oversee the MannaHaiti program through MGM, making frequent visits to Haiti. Brad also serves on the MGM board as a Director. He can be reached at
